Our registered psychologists provide individual therapy that empowers you to live your best life. All our psychologists have a lived or living experience of disability, and prioritise anti-ableism and anti-oppression in their work.

We are particularly passionate about supporting you to live the most meaningful life possible with a chronic illness or a disability.

  • A diagnosis or experience of disability and chronic illness

  • Adjusting to changing symptoms of chronic health conditions such as Cerebral Palsy (CP), Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease. 

  • Medical trauma 

  • Grief and identity changes relating to injuries, accidents or disability 

  • Psychosocial challenges - such as migration or adjustment to parenthood

  • Minority stress and the mental health impacts of discrimination

How to access  

We provide psychological services to people across Australia using telehealth, through video-conferencing or phone.

You can see us using any of the following funding options:

  • NDIS - if you are self managed or plan managed. 

  • Mental Health Care Plan - using a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist. 

  • Privately - check with your private health insurance if you have cover for psychological support
