At the moment all of our psychological therapy and peer groups are offered online, using video conferencing. We will organise a link and send it to you before the session.

If you are a new client, please contact us through our Contact page and we will be in touch to book your first session. If you are an existing client you can manage your appointments online. If you don't have access to our portal yet, please let us know and we will help you get started.

It is up to you! We will support whatever decision you make about number and frequency of sessions. You are a unique person with your own goals and values. I you are unsure, your therapist can help when you meet.

You do not have to have a referral to access our support. If you want to receive the Medicare rebate for the services, you WILL need a valid referral from your GP. You can send your referral directly to us, or ask your health professional to send it.

That's ok. Please check with your support coordinator, plan manager or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) whether you can use your Capacity Building funding for psychological support.

Yes, we can write an NDIS review report when your plan is due for a review or when you apply for a change of circumstances. The fees for report writing is the same as hour hourly rate of $222.99. We will only charge you the amount of time we spent writing your report, usually 1-2 hours. Please note we can only write a report for clients who we are currently seeing for ethical and professional obligations.

No. We charge the NDIS recommended rate for Psychological support.
As of July 2024 the fees for a standard 50 minute session is $222.99, which will be covered by your NDIS plan if you have the appropriate funding.

You may be able to use your NDIS funding to pay for participation in our peer support and education groups, or to purchase access to our educational content.
To do this, speak with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC), Plan Manager or Support coordinator.
Please note our education and support groups are all run by registered psychologists, and meet the criteria for training and education by a psychologist under the NDIS guidelines.

The fee for a 50 minute session is $225 if you pay privately or use a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). With a valid referral, you can be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
If you are an NDIS participant, the fee for a 50-minute session is $222.99.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Please note that if you cancel within 1 business day of your appointment or do not show for your appointment, Kultivate will charge a cancellation fee of the full hourly rate of $222.99.
If you cancel within 2 business days of your appointment, Kultivate will charge a 50% cancellation fee of the full hourly rate.
If you are an NDIS participant, these cancellation fees can be claimed through your NDIS plan.

We can write reports for accessing the NDIS, NDIS reviews or applications for a change of circumstances. We only charge for the amount of time it took us to write your report, as per our hourly rate. For an NDIS review report, this is usually 1-2 hours.

The cost per session will range between $37-$55 per session, depending on topic and number of participants.
Each group cost and dates will be finalised before commencing at the start of the term.
Please note we require commitment to attend for the duration of the group.
You may be able to use NDIS funding for the groups.
