Disability Writing Group
The disability writing group will begin in April 2025 and run for 11 weeks, between 22/04 and 04/07. The group will meet six times, with a maximum of four participants. Sessions will focus on building writing skills and connections, including workshopping participants' own writing pieces, and discussions on topics like providing feedback, writing about disability, building community, maintaining practice, writing resumes, and pitching writing. Sessions will be held on Mondays at 1pm (AEST) on specified dates in April, May, and June. The cost is $325 for early bird sign-up before March 20th, and $342 afterward. NDIS funding may be applicable. Sessions require a minimum of two confirmed participants to proceed.
